The Fourth Ward Office Project has received an Architizer A+ Popular Choice Award, recognizing the project’s innovative design and contribution to Atlanta’s evolving urban landscape. Located along the Atlanta BeltLine, the development comprises two office towers connected by a pedestrian-focused public realm that enhances connectivity between surrounding neighborhoods and open spaces. As façade consultant, we collaborated with the project team to develop a high-performance building envelope that supports the architectural vision while addressing energy efficiency, daylighting, occupant comfort, and constructability. The award highlights the successful integration of design excellence, sustainability, and technical performance across the project.
