The iconic building features a glass structure supported by a solid base, creating a noticeable presence on the street side and a minimalist appearance from the esplanade. The building’s grid façade is finished with an ingenious pattern, based on the city’s historic architecture.

Designed by New York firm Asymptote Architects, with technical oversight from Bontinck Architecture & Engineering, Diamond offers six floors of quality office space with shared facilities, versatile rooms, and a spacious patio. The ground floor includes an atrium, communal entrance hall, reception area, meeting rooms, and a catering establishment.
