Architect
Ben Hansen Architect

The design for this new residential development, in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood, takes inspiration from the wedge-shaped lot lines and irregular street intersections at the site. In plan, the building is resolved as a pair of interlocked c-shapes, each parallel with its respective lot line. The 26,000 ft2 (2,415m2) building includes 11 apartments and a 3-story penthouse. Front was retained to consult on the façade, which is composed of aluminum rain screen panels and insulated glass window walls, during schematic design and design development phases.
