Manresa Wilds Redevelopment Announcement

We’re pleased to be part of the design team for the redevelopment of Manresa Island, a transformative project on the Long Island Sound in Norwalk, Connecticut. Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group in collaboration with SCAPE Landscape Architecture, the project will convert a former power plant site into a vibrant public park and cultural destination with year-round programs, waterfront access, and ecological restoration. As façade consultant, we are contributing expertise in high-performance façade systems to support the adaptive reuse of the plant’s monumental structures into flexible spaces for events, learning, and recreation.
