Dezeen features One Third Avenue, The Alloy Block, Downtown, a 63-story building that will be the world’s tallest Passive House skyscraper and the second tallest building in Brooklyn. Front is currently collaborating with Alloy on the project which includes housing, retail, and office space. One Third is the second tower of The Alloy Block megaproject, a mixed-use development that includes 505 State Street, two public schools, office, cultural, and retail spaces.
