Our façade work on 60 Wall Street and 660 Fifth Avenue, both designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), was recently highlighted in a Bloomberg feature on NYC office repositioning, which cited both projects as leading examples of how adaptive renovation and upgraded building envelopes are reshaping Manhattan’s office landscape. At 660 Fifth Avenue, the reclad façade with large, column-to-column glass panels dramatically enhances natural light and energy performance, while at 60 Wall Street, the podium and public realm improvements—including a modernized façade and refreshed lobby—are integral to reimagining the building for today’s tenants.
