XOXO

XOXO is a sculpture featuring two intersecting circles forming open hearts. This traveling public art installation is designed for public spaces, inviting visitors to step inside and capture photos framed by a heart.

Front collaborated with sculptor Otero Fuentes to develop preliminary structural engineering assessments. This included analyzing multiple metal alloys, selecting member cross-sections, conducting deflection analysis under various load combinations, evaluating cruciform welded joints, and consulting on demountable splice joint connections and base plate designs for installation on either soil or concrete surfaces.
