This large residential development features a geometry defined by stepping roof terraces that spiral down to a central courtyard. The project provides 222 residential mixed income units, totaling approximately 290,000 ft² (26,942 m²). Front consulted on the façade design beginning in the design development phase and continuing through construction administration. The majority of the façade is clad in prefabricated rain screen mega-panels with integrated aluminum-framed insulated glass units and aluminum sunshades. The mega-panels display multiple finishes, including fiber cement, composite aluminum and composite wood.
