The exceptionally transparent facade for this private residence in Nashville, Tennessee, creates an unobstructed connection to the surrounding grounds and rolling hills. Frameless insulated glass panels compliment stone walls to provide the warmth of being indoors while still allowing for unimpeded views of the natural environment. Jumbo glass panels, as large as 17 ft x10 ft (5.2 m x 3.0 m), are used to minimize joints, and sliding glass doors with open corners are used throughout the project, further contributing to the clean aesthetic.

Front was involved from design development through construction administration. In order to achieve a frameless look with such large glass panels, Front proposed using special glazing channels to limit deflections. The minimalist double height glass wall surrounding the living room is achieved by hanging the upper glass panels, using stainless steel straps hidden in the panel joints.
