Spiral House

This single family residence, located on the Long Island Sound shoreline, is informed by both radial (spiraling) and orthogonal geometric organizational systems. These systems are overlaid and merge to create a form that blurs the boundary between the natural environment and constructed building. Front was retained to consult on the façade, beginning in schematic design. Shop fabrication drawings and construction administration were completed for the glass walls only. Additionally, associative digital models, developed in SolidWorks, were utilized to generate drawings and streamline translation from design to fabrication.
