This massive mixed-use development is organized to link and highlight spatial layers of activity. It is comprised of eight towers linked by pedestrian bridges and interspersed with public space. In total, the development provides approximately 2.37 million ft² (220,000 m²) of enclosed area. Front collaborated with the design team on extensive façade systems throughout the project during design development, and had a limited construction administration role. These systems include a residential enclosure system (with operable glazed panels, aluminum cladding and integrated blinds), steel and glass cladding systems for the bridges and ground level conditions, a cladding system for the cinemateque, and other miscellaneous façade elements including canopies and balustrades throughout the entire residential campus.
