The Holt Renfrew location at the Yorkdale Mall features a unique arc-shaped interior glass panelized wall system. The flat panels, nominally 4 x 13 ft (1.2 x 4 m), are oriented as massive lapped shingles in plan, creating a fan-like arrangement. The panels are composed of two patterned laminated glass units, stacked vertically to achieve the required height, and are supported by custom extruded aluminum mullions with curved aluminum decorative caps.  A similar system is used at either side of this central wall, in which some of the panels incorporate LED display screens behind the glass. Front consulted on these wall systems from schematic design through design development.
