This expansive three-story estate in Westchester County, New York, includes 30,000 ft2 (2,800 m2) of living space, including a four-bedroom main residence with library, sound recording studio, a guest residence, pool house, and a tennis court. A 7-foot-tall (2.1m) acid-etched glass fence runs the 1-mile perimeter of the property, to exclude deer and maintain occupant privacy.

The main house enjoys floor-to-ceiling glazing, spanning 13.5 ft (4.1 m) and structurally glazed to customized steel mullions and transoms that frame spectacular views of the Hudson River and New Jersey Palisades beyond. The exterior glazing incorporates flush-set mahogany sashes, light-radius curved vision panels, and custom sliding and pivoting doors. Front provided technical and strategic consultancy for the design, analysis, procurement, and installation of all exterior envelope systems.
