The forthcoming Waldorf Astoria Deer Valley Resort and Residences is slated to open in 2028 as a centerpiece of the rapidly expanding Deer Valley East Village in Park City, Utah, bringing ski-in, ski-out luxury hospitality to one of North America’s premier mountain destinations. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), the project comprises 132 hotel accommodations and 105 branded residences, organized within a contemporary architectural form that maximizes panoramic views of Bald Mountain, Hail Peak, and Park Peak. The design emphasizes strong visual and physical connections to the surrounding alpine landscape, highlighted by amenities such as a dramatic pool cantilevered over the slopes, positioning the resort as a defining new landmark for Deer Valley’s year-round evolution.
