This 48-floor residential and hotel tower in Midtown Manhattan features an elegantly slender profile with relatively small floor plates. The façade consists of a unitized, shop pre-assembled, insulated wall panel system, with composite aluminum rain screen cladding and insulated window units, as well as structurally glazed lobby walls and a tension supported mesh screen. Front consulted on the enclosure from schematic design through construction administration. At the time of construction, this project was the highest panel wall system executed in New York City.
