This minimalist bar-shaped private residence in Aspen, Colorado is oriented perpendicular to the narrow valley, visually bridging between the steep slopes to the East and West and maximizing the southern solar exposure. Front developed the design for all glazing systems throughout the project, including fixed and operable systems at the ground level glass box and trapezoidal glass units near the diagonal exterior stair. Front collaborated with the design and construction teams from schematic design through construction administration.
