Suzhou Museum of Contemporary Art Awarded Silver at MIPIM Asia 2025
We’re proud to share that the Suzhou Museum of Contemporary Art has been awarded Silver in the Best Cultural, Sports and Education Project category at the MIPIM Asia Awards 2025, celebrating excellence in design, sustainability, and community-focused architecture across the Asia Pacific. The project, developed by Suzhou Harmony Development Group and designed by BIG – Bjarke Ingels Group, was recognized for its visionary integration of contemporary cultural space with Suzhou’s rich landscape heritage. The museum’s dynamic façade and interconnected pavilion concept reflect its lakeside setting and create engaging public experiences, marking a significant milestone ahead of its public opening.
