Storm King Art Center Honored with AIA New York Design Award

The Storm King Art Center has been honored with a Citation in Architecture at the 2026 AIA New York | Center for Architecture Design Awards. This milestone project, led by Heneghan Peng Architects and WXY architecture + urban design, reimagines the visitor experience with a thoughtful new arrival sequence, expanded exhibition grounds, and a dedicated conservation and fabrication facility that enhances how art and nature coexist on site. Our contribution to the project’s façade design helped support a material and environmental strategy that harmonizes with the landscape and reinforces the architecture’s quiet integration into Storm King’s remarkable setting.
