Front collaborated with Büro Ole Scheeren on the facade design for the project, including the lower floor’s pixelated volumes clad in dark basalt panels with thousands of inset circular openings and the upper floors conversely composed of a floating, monolithic ring clad with over-sized bricks of insulated glazing.
