Palmer Museum of Art

Penn State University’s new Palmer Museum of Art is scheduled to open in 2024 is being led by Allied Works. The soon to open museum is highlighted in the video above which shows the project as an animated walk through.  This new building will feature galleries in addition to educational spaces, a store, cafe, an event space that opens onto a courtyard with a view of the Arboretum, outdoor terraces and sculpture paths.

The museum will have two wings clad in locally sourced stone. The larger western wing of the museum will house the galleries and museum support spaces. The smaller eastern wing will be home to administrative and educational facilities.
