Governor Cuomo and MCR Development break ground on TWA Hotel
The New York Real Estate Journal covers the start of construction on the iconic TWA Terminal at JFK International Airport. Governor Andrew Cuomo and the New York-based hotel investment firm MCR will rehabilitate the terminal, and Front will participate as facade consultants. Closed to the public since 2001, Eero Saarinen’s internationally-revered midcentury modern landmark will be ushered into a new life, mirroring its 1962 design aesthetic and delivering an on-site airport hotel to New York’s international gateway.
