BWDC Residential Tower in Manila design unveiled

Foster and Partners has just released it’s design for the BWDC Residential Tower in The Philippines. The new project which is based in Manila features large verandas with overhangs intended to keep sun out of the luxury residences, keeping indoor temperatures cool. Front Inc. is working on the facades for the project which is aiming to reach the highest level of Green Mark certification, “Green Mark Platinum”
