Architectural Digest focuses on Perelman Performing Arts Center
The soon to open Perelman Performing Arts Center at The World Trade Center site in Lower Manhattan is the focus of a new piece by Architectural Digest. REX designed the flexible and transformable space with three primary theatres that can be changed around into a number of settings including a 950 seat single auditorium.
The write up also looks at project’s façade which consists of symmetrical patterns made from almost 5,000 slabs of Portuguese marble which are sealed with glass that insulates it as well as providing a translucent glow at night.
