Meganom’s residential skyscraper at 262 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan is nearing completion, rising approximately 860 feet and hosting 26 full-floor luxury condominium units within its slender, elegant form. The facade, a combination of nearly continuous reflective glass curtain walls on the north and south elevations and intricately detailed aluminum paneling on the east, punctuated by distinctive circular windows, has been steadily installed over the reinforced concrete superstructure, enclosing the tower and accentuating its verticality in the NoMad skyline.
